Bangkok at night

Wilcot Delvaux / Operator / Bangkok

I made a million by 29. Then I learned the number was the wrong goal.

Hustling since I was a kid. Built an agency from minus EUR 120K with no team and no developer background. Made the million. Burned through half of it, because I built a sprint, not a machine. Now I build things that last, and teach the part I actually know: selling to businesses and doing the reps.

The part most people hide

Dubai failed. I spent 800K in thirty months. I am showing you the losses on purpose.

Because every win on this page is real and clickable, the honest losses are what should make you trust the rest.

01 / Track record

The short version. All of it is checkable.

  1. Background

Marketing manager for a company while I finished my masters.

I learned how businesses actually decide to buy, and where agencies quietly overcharge and underdeliver. That gap is the whole reason I started.

  2. Piexels

Built the agency with no team and no investors. Referral only.

Started with no developer background and learned to deliver what I sold. Managed 87 freelancers over the years. Every client came from the work, never from ads. The sites are live and you can click every one.

  3. The result

A million by 29, and assets I still hold.

Agency revenue, real estate, and a few side plays. Not a number I claim and hide. Look at the live client builds and the businesses I own, and judge for yourself.

  4. The lesson

It was a sprint with no engine, so I changed how I operate.

I made money by being in every project myself. No recurring revenue, nothing that compounds when I step back. Then I chased the next level in Dubai, spent heavily, and it did not work. Thirty months, 800K gone, and a clear lesson: stop steering by one big number and build ownership that lasts.

  5. Now

I own and build operating businesses, run lean from Bangkok.

Co-own a gym here and build full custom products for a fraction of agency cost. I back operators instead of growing headcount. The plan from here is a small portfolio of owned businesses, not another solo grind.

02 / Real estate

The estate made it physical.

Agency money was the sprint. Property made the win real and hard to fake. The next layer is Bangkok: sharper acquisition, stronger presentation, and digital systems that make assets easier to sell, lease, finance, or reposition.

03 / The system

Grit, reps, and selling something businesses already need.

Step 01

Reach out to everyone.

People you know. Friends of friends. Owners you find online. Get over the cringe.

Step 02

Apply and get rejected.

Job posts, business pages, bad websites, cold messages. Rejection is part of the reps.

Step 03

Read, learn, adjust daily.

Books, calls, delivery problems, mistakes. Every day makes the next message sharper.

Step 04

Lock in until the promise is real.

Hire help, learn fast, package the outcome, and own it when the promise gets heavy.

04 / What I own

Registered companies and brands. Verify them.

Piexels, now DLVX

Agency / Builds

From the Belgian Federal Government's job platform to gym apps and ecommerce. Eight years, 27 builds, referral only. The cash engine, rebranding to DLVX.

05 / Work with me

Applications first. I do not let everyone in.

Product 01 / By application

The 30-Day Accountability Room.

Not a course fantasy. A 30-day room for people serious about making money by selling to businesses. You do the reps. I give you the plan, book accountability slots, and call you to check if you are actually moving. You apply first. If you are not going to do the work, this wastes both our time, so I keep it small and I pick who gets in.

  • Application only, I read every one
  • Booked accountability slots, I call you
  • No guaranteed results, no passive income story
EUR 29 early test, if accepted Apply for a spot
Product 02

Operator merch.

Physical pieces for people who actually do the reps. Quiet, heavy, no logo soup. A small first drop tied to the work, not the hype.

  • Limited first drop
  • Built around the operator mindset
  • Interest list only, nothing for sale yet

06 / Direction

This is bigger than one agency.

Property, owned brands, vehicle culture, business selling, and AI operations, run from Bangkok. If you have a serious project, a property opportunity, or a reason to build something real, send it.
